At lifewithoutwires we have a variety of support options available - for networks we supply and for networks we are asked to improve.
As a guide to the costs involved please see the table below. All support requirements are different - yours should be so please speak to us about tailoring a support package that is just right for you.
Includes router setup, link to existing broadband connection and up to two computers connectivity. Secure, reliable and backed up for easy reinstall should you need it.

Monthly Network Support
A telephone and remote access support contract (subject to initial setup considerations) for up to 4 home PC's and laptops.
Onsite response by arrangement and at separate cost.
£65 per month.
PC/Laptop Health Check
Full system health check including secondary antivirus scans, security testing, and backup configuration checks on one PC or laptop.
£55.00 per hour onsite (maximum 2 hours).
Wireless TV/Wireless Sound System
All circumstances are bespoke - and they should be. Products will be dependant on your own requirements but initial consultancy is free, a design plan will be priced in advance and installation is at our normal hourly rate once you decide to go ahead

Broadband connection costs are not included and a Broadband service must be enabled on your telephone line prior to our engineers visit. Full visit charges will apply if this is not in place. lifewithoutwires can advise on Broadband connectivity and on cost effective ISP packages. Please ask if further information is required.
Equipment is not included. lifewithoutwires consultants will discuss the equipment options available with you and provide a competitive quotation to meet your requirements.
Data will be securely backed up up as part of the service to protect your important information

Pay as required
from as little as £25 per hour for telephone support lifewithoutwires will help diagnose your problem and offer advice and solutions.
If a visit to your site is required then prices begin at £55.00 per hour.
Pay Monthly
Reliable, guaranteed, on site or remote, the option is yours. Our support contracts mean you can relax in the knowledge your network is covered and we'll be there fast if you have a problem.
We can include just an "on call" facility or a regular visit - whatever suits you best.
Individual Projects
Do you have a specific project in mind? lifewithoutwires and Arcturis will plan it, manage it, build it and look after it.
Virtual Helpdesk
