Networks...

What is a wireless network? Traditional cabled networks provide links between devices using copper cable much like your telephone line.

Wireless technology replaces the need for cables by using radio signals to move data from one place to another. Simple right.

It's all about mobility, and with the right kit and a bit of imagination, style.

However wireless or not a network need correct setup and needs ongoing support. Did you know that a standard WEP wireless security setup could be "hacked" in around 10 minutes by someone who was interested? Did you know what we meant by WEP just then? Why would you? We're the wireless experts after all.

Your home data, your pictures, your email, your personal details - they belong to you and nobody else. So why risk sharing them with an unsecure setup?

Wireless technology is brilliant - it allows freedom and lends itself to stylish and individual solutions all around the home. But that shouldn't mean you have to compromise on securing your information. And with the right knowledge behind you it's possible to have that peace of mind.

Make sure you are protected, call us to ask for our advice on securing your network and allowing you a relaxed lifewithoutwires.
